Guidelines: oral communications & posters
Abstracts should be prepared as following:
Language
Abstract(s) presentations have to be in English language.
Format
Structure: Introduction – Materials /Patients and methods – Results – Conclusion
No more than 250 words.
Only original work will be accepted.
The Approval Committee will evaluate anonymously the submitted abstracts.
Oral abstract presentations
Oral presentation timing: 10 minutes
Selected presentations will be announced on the event scientific program.
Please upload your slides presentation on a USB key and provide it to the EVENT preview room at your arrival.
Video abstract presentation
The video file size cannot exceed 80 MB with a duration of 10 minutes.
Video abstracts may be submitted in following formats: .mpeg, .mov, .mpg, .mp4, .wmv. and have to be available for display through following video players: Windows Media Player®, RealPlayer® or QuickTime Player®.
The video abstract is submitted as an oral abstract presentation (500 words max.).
Main dates
• Submission deadline: November 30th 2023 (French local time).
• Confirmation of the abstracts selection: 16 December 2023 (French local time).
Registration fees
All accepted presentations’ submitters have to pay the regular registration fees.
Presentation modifications
If you need to make changes after submitting your abstract presentation, please contact e.jarry@comnco.com
Agreement / Disclaimer
By submitting your abstract presentation, you certify that the content is an original contribution that has not been presented or published elsewhere and giving permission to the organisers of the Event to publish on the Congress website. In addition, if your abstract is accepted for presentation, you have to be present at the Congress in order to present your communication.
The organisers reserve the right to reject any abstract presentations, in their sole discretion.
